Thisisabudgetactionfilm.Somepeopleseemtothinkthatlowbudgetmeansthatbadactingandworseactionscenesareexcusable.Anyonewhoseseenareallygoodbudgetmoviewillknowthattheresreallynoexcuse.Alldirectorshavetostartsomewhereofcourse,butthisdirectorwontbegoinganywhere,inmyopinion.Theactinginthisfilmistrulyawful.TheresnotmuchIcansaytoredeemit.Themoodofthefilmflicksbetweenover-seriousandBennyhilltrashcomedy(anapparentattempttoreproducethecomedystyleofsomeJapaneseactionfilms,whichdoesntwork).Thecarchasebeingagoodexample;whatthehelliswiththestupidmusicandunfunnyattemptsatcomedywhentherestofthefilmistryingtobeserious?!.Itmakesnosenseandgivesthefeelingthatthedirectorwaseitherhigh,acluelessstudent,orboth.Therearesomehotbabesinthefilmbutnowherenearhotenoughtomakethebadactingbearable.BasisaherotoanyfightingfanbutImafraidtosayhisappearanceissoshortIcantevenrecommendthefilmtohisdie-hardfans.Apreviousreviewerforgavethisfilmsmisgivingsgivingit8stars,andIcanunderstandthattherearetimeswhenbudgetmovie-trashissometimesagoodlaugh,buttherearesomanymuchbetterbudgetfilmsthanthisthatIcantfinditinmyhearttorecommendittoanyoneotherthanthedirectorsmum.
